Refund & Return Policy



Please note : Cancellations are only possible up to 24 hour after purchasing, after this time period won’t be possible.

Pittori Art are committed to our customers and want you to have a great experience with us! We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, simply ship it back to us we for a refund, store credit or an exchange.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, and you will have an additional 10 business days from the day of approval to ship it back to us for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to us.

IMPORTANT REQUEST : Items must be returned in their original condition, using original packaging they were delivered in. Items that show damage due to use will not be accepted. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

Returns must be received no later than 10 days from the date acceptance of return by us. Any returns received after 10 days will not be refunded.

You need more time for a return, no problem we offer you an extra 30 additional days but unfortunately we are obliged to apply a 50% restocking fee.

We only offer Full Refunds for the following reasons:

  • Streaking / Banding
  • Ink scratches or spits
  • Damages in transit
  • Wrong print / flaw
  • Lost in transit

Please Note: however, for all the above reasons, the shipping and handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.

Gift cards cannot be returned and personalized art cannot be returned.

For this Collections the same requirements mentioned above apply except that they are original and handmade paintings so the restocking fee is 40%.

Return costs are non-refundable.



If lost, we will send you a brand new artwork at our expense.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the defective item you have or one that we have ascertained to be lost and  we have accepted the return, and make a separate  purchase for your new item.


We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send orders back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. For quality and speed purposes, we recommend you using the services of DHL/DPD/UPS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item for this reason we recommend consider using a trackable shipping service plus shipping insurance.

PITTORI is not responsible for the shipping delays for any sort except damage or loss.

Note the items sent back to us without first requesting a return will Not be accepted.




Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right .

You will need to send us an email at with the following 

-   foto from the damage

  • foto from the back of the canvas 
  • foto of the shipping label
  • foto of the packaging
  • foto a receipt or proof of purchase



Refunds will be issued minus the Restocking Fee on the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of your return and confirmation of receipt of the returned products in their original condition.
